We’re not pretending to be scientists or doctors – not sure why some people would be seriously confused with this! Our workouts and diet are based on years of study and personal experience. We’re in great shape and in great health as a result. We have summarized and documented our workout and diet in our eBook and on our website.

At the end of the day, a good rule for life is never blindly following anything you read on the internet or anywhere else. You need to take ownership for your own health and safety. While we are confident that these workouts and diet tips have worked for us, and let us constantly out-perform ourselves, you owe it to yourself to do your own research and make up your own mind as to whether Never Do Nothing is right for you!
