Today is a strength-volume day incorporating super-sets, powerlifting, and 5×5’s

 

5 Rounds of the following Super-Set;

5 x Squats (240lb)

16 Alternating Dumbbell Presses (45lb)

2 Minute Rest

 

5 Rounds of the following Super-Set;

5 x Incline Press (75lb)

15 Hands-Off Push-ups

1.5 Minute Rest

 

5 Rounds of the following Super-Set;

5 x Lying Tricep Extension (EZ-Curl Bar + 80lb) – Powerlift Version

5 x Barbell Bicep Curl (95lb)

1.5 Minute Rest
