At work today. A bit of thunderstorms this morning so no walking for us!

Apart from doing possible wods at a working fire today, I think I’m gonna keep things easy and just do some stretching and rolling on my foam-roller.

If you are looking for challenging workouts today, have a look at our Never Do Nothing Named Wods, or any of our previous workout.

Keep in mind that if you are indeed following our workout to a tee, we’ll be doing strength-volume tomorrow – so don’t do anything too crazy if you workout today!

Whatever you do, always remember that technique is more important than any other factor!
