Today we’ll be doing a Never Do Nothing Named WodVent Enter Search


This is a challenging strength-endurance workout that, well, sucks. It’s both physically and mentally challenging, but is a great workout, pure and simple. That’s why we do it. Working out is about pushing yourself harder each time. Your body adapts over time by being in better shape. That’s how it works. If your workouts are comfortable, easy, and your now sweaty when done, you aren’t working out.

4 Rounds for time of the following;

20 Dumbbell Snatches (10 each side – 50lb DB)

20 Renegade Rows (10 each side – 30lb DB)

30 Sit-ups

30 Squats (body-weight)

10 Pull-ups

50 Skips (single-unders)


Got 19:26 today – a full 7 minutes faster than the last time I did this wod – summer 2011
