Managed to find a bit of time this afternoon in a fairly day at work and decided to try out a quick station metcon;

5 rounds of the following for time;

Turkish getups @35lb x 6
Powerclean Shrugs @100lb x 8 (barbell)
Single-leg Box Jumps x 20
Hanging knees to elbows x 14
Jumping lunges with weight @35lb x 20

Nice little wod that got the heart-rate going!
