Wall-Slams involve standing perpendicular to a wall (hopefully a concrete / cinder-block wall… I DO NOT recommend this in your house on dry-wall…) – about three feet away with your feet at least shoulder-width apart if not wider. With a medicine ball, and your feet firmly planted in the ground, you twist your torso forcefully towards the wall and launch the medicine ball into it, with enough force that it bounces back to you whereby you catch it and relaunch it. Make sure you do the same amount of repetitions on the opposite site (turn around first… lol!).

This is an excellent core exercise, as well as an arm exercise when enough weight is used.

The following pics were done when Ty was actually completing the wall-slams as part of a workout. He was using a 25lb medicine ball.
