Tuck Jumps

An excellent metabolic and strength conditioning exercise. Regardless of how strong you are, you can only do so many of these before they break your will!!

Essentially this exercise requires you to jump in place while tucking your legs up into your chest as much as possible. Starting in a standing position, you would crouch slightly to gain momentum to be able to jump up and have enough air-born time to tuck your legs! That counts as one repetition!
