Tricep Dip

This is an excellent tricep and chest exercise – Doing it slightly leaning more forward than straight will target the chest a bit more. Using two bars, a bench, or a special tricep dip ‘machine’, you extend yourself upwards so that your arms are nearly locked straight, then you dip yourself in a controlled manner as far down as you can, before pushing yourself back up to the starting position. This counts as one repetition.

For an added workout, add a weight to yourself – this can be done using a weight-belt with a chain on it or even holding a dumbbell between your feet!
