Toes to Bar

This is an abdominal exercise. It literally involves bringing your toes up to the bar. They don’t have to touch the bar per se, as long as they are close to the bar! You start in a full hanging position on a pull-up bar, then bring your toes up to the bar. Try not to swing! This counts as one repetition.
