Supermans

These are a staple of our warm-ups and our beginner workouts. The old superman is a great lower-back exercise for both strength and flexibly. This is required for all our power lifts!

You lie down flat on the ground, then pull a superman pose – hold for a few seconds then go back to being flat on the ground. This is a repetition.
