Jump Squats

Jump squats are a bodyweight exercise that you perform by doing a bodyweight squat, followed by a jump using the upwards momentum from coming out of the squat position. This is a great metabolic and strength conditioning exercise.

Starting Positon

Down into the squat position

Getting up out of the squat position using speed and strength

Followed by a jump – arms can remain at your side for this
