Good old-fashioned sit-ups! While the plank and deadlifts are better at developing the abs, sit-ups are still a classic go-to of any workout!

Our workouts request that you do a complete sit-up – hands across your chest or at your temple, then sit up until your arms touch your knees. That’s one repetition.
