Good Old Push-ups!!

What can you say about one of the best upper-body exercises ever created!

Just make sure you use proper form – your butt shouldn’t sag – look ahead/at the ground but not ‘beneath’ you towards your feet. There are numerous variations to hand placement – unless otherwise specified, we refer to the classic hand position whereby they are slightly wider than your shoulders.
