Push-ups – Hands-off

All the fun of a regular push-up, but without being able to use any momentum – and with the bonus of being forced to push-up from a more difficult and trying position…

This exercise starts as a regular push-up, but quickly goes south as once you reach the bottom of your push-up, you release your hands and lift them off the ground about two inches, then you push yourself back up. That counts as a repetition.
