Mountain Climbers

Mountain Climbers are a metcon-type exercise whereby you quickly jump from one position from the next. Start in the ‘push-up’ position, then quickly pull one leg towards your chest as far as you can directly in-line, then switch legs. Each leg counts as a repetition. Continue this as quickly as you can until all repetitions are complete.

One variation on this that will make it more challenging is to bring the leg up towards your hands and to the outside of the body.

Starting Position
