Knees to Elbows

This is an abdominal exercise that involves literally bringing your knees up to your elbows. This is done by hanging from a pull-up bar.  Try to avoid swinging as much as possible. Bring your knees up to elbow height, they don’t need to touch per se, then lower them back down again to the full-hanging position. This counts as one repeptition.
