Jumping Jacks

The elementary-school gym-class staple is back! This is a perfect warm-up exercise as well as something to keep you gasping for air while doing a wod! Everyone should know how to do this by default, but for a quick refresher, you basically start in a standing position with your hands at your side, then jump into a position where your hands are directly above your head touching while your legs will have a slightly wider stance than when you started.
