Incline Dumbbell Press

This requires a bench set to a 30 degree angle. With a pair of dumbbells in your hands, lean back, pop the dumbbells into a chest-resting-position, and push them straight up until you almost lock your elbows out. Return them to the starting position in a controlled manner. This is a repetition.
